Buddy Starling
Dean of Enrollment Management
 Dean Starling is a Troy Trojan through and through. He graduated from TROY with his Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1985 and with his Master’s degree in 1996. In 1985 he began his work in the Admissions Department and became TROY’s Dean of Enrollment Management in 1999.
Dean Starling is very involved across campus in numerous areas such as being Chair of the Enrollment Management Team, serving on the Judicial Affairs and Scholarship Management Committees, a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, and the Faculty Advisor for the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
When Dean Starling is not on campus you can be sure to find he and his wife Sherry cheering on their sons Will, Josh, and Drew at the ballpark!
