Edward Noriega studied in the graphic design program at the Kunst Gewerbeschule in Basel, Switzerland and the Yale Summer Program in Graphic Design in Brissago, Switzerland. He has taught art and design courses and developed curricula for over fifteen years at Cooper Union, Fashion Institute of Technology, and Parsons School of Design. He has lectured nationally and internationally on design, color and technology. Noriega served as the assistant chair and Director of Undergraduate Curricula for the Digital Design Department at Parsons. In the fall of 1999, he was awarded the Distinguished University Teaching Award from the New School University. He is the co-author of Design Fundamentals for the Digital Age, published by Van Nostrand Reinhold. In addition to his academic work, he is also the principal of Exhibit "A" Studio, a design firm specializing in courtroom graphics.
