Pamela Smith has taught art in public schools in Florida and Alabama. She is currently the full-time arts educator for Charles Henderson High School. She is responsible for creating a four-year art curriculum and establishing an Advanced Placement Art Program.Her students have been recognized at national and international venues for leadership and scholarship. Smith was a presenter at the First International Service Learning Conference in London, England where she and her students presented a community mural project. Her students received the Robert F. Kennedy Gold Medal International Service Learning Award for this presentation. Smith has also been featured and has published articles in School Arts.
