Important Housing Application Deadlines:

Spring 2010 Deadline October 16, 2009

Summer 2010 Deadline April 9, 2010

Fall 2010 Deadline March 1, 2010

Late applicants will be placed on a waiting list and assigned as space becomes available, however; housing is not guaranteed for students on the waiting list regardless of age. Building, Room and/or Roommate requests are requests only and are not guaranteed. You must be registered for at least 1 on-campus Troy University (Troy) class to reside on campus.

***Important Information***

The deadline to apply for on-campus housing for the 2010-2011 Academic Year is March 1, 2010 for all students including international students. All students under the age of 19 prior to the first day of registration are required to reside on campus unless living at your stated home address with your parents. Students admitted to the university after this date (reguardless of age) will be placed on a waiting list with no guarantee of on-campus housing.
