Deadline to apply for 2009 Summer Housing is April 1, 2009.
You may only check in during the dates and times listed, please do not arrive early as no one will be available to check you in. Check in will be held in Trojan Village Building 200 (Lobby Office Area)
Failure to check in by the 6p.m. deadline will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of room. If you can not check in by the dates listed, Housing must be notified before 4p.m. by 5/22/09 (for Extended/Session A) or by 4p.m. 6/22/09 (for Session B) in order for no fine or forfeiture of room to be issued.

| Notice to new students this will be your assignment for summer only, you will be moved to another building for the upcoming Fall Semester if you have applied for Fall. In order to receive a room for the 2009 Fall Semester, the fall semester term must also be marked on your application or you must submit a Fall application. All Fall applications must be submitted by March 1, 2009. |

Other important information: Interim housing for current on-campus students (between 5/08/09-5/24/09) will be limited due to summer conferences; therefore requests must be issued no later than May 1, 2009 for approval or denial. If approved, the cost will be $75 and you may be temporarily housed in a room until May 24th then you will have to move to your summer assigned space.
