All parents and/or guardians of incoming students, both freshman and transfer, are invited to attend Parents Orientation free of charge. Parents are provided with information on student services, expenses, and how to assist your student in transitioning to college. You also have the opportunity to meet with selected faculty members and meet current TROY students!

Freshman parent sessions are held the first day of each freshman IMPACT session. Parents should sign-in at the Stadium Club of Trojan Tower between 8:30 and 8:50 a.m., and enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast. The session begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes typically before 5:00 p.m. Please bring $5.00 per parent if you plan to join your student for lunch in Stewart Dining Hall. There are no evening activities planned for parents; although, fun night activities and dinner is provided for freshman students.

Transfer parent sessions are held the day of transfer IMPACT sessions. Parents should sign-in at the Stadium Club of Trojan Tower between 9:30 and 9:50 a.m., and enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast. The session begins at 10:00 a.m. and concludes typically before 4:00 p.m.. Please bring $5.00 per parent if you plan to join your student for lunch in Stewart Dining Hall.
