The Application for Admission to the BSN Program should be completed only by those students who believe they are eligible to enter the next BSN class (will have completed required General Studies courses and have satisfactory GPA).  Please review the Admission Criteria.

Applications are accepted September 1 through October 15 to be considered for Spring admission, and March 1 through April 15 to be considered for Fall admission.

• Read each page of the application CAREFULLY.
• Note all INSTRUCTIONS, DATES, & DEADLINES.
• Be sure your application is COMPLETE before submitting it for consideration.
• Applications will be accepted ONLY Sept 1-Oct 15 to be considered for Spring admission.
• Applications will be accepted ONLY Mar 1-Apr 15 to be considered for Fall admission.
• Please allow 3 weeks for your BSN Academic Evaluation* to be prepared by the Troy University Records Office.
• Be sure to include the following with your application:
  • Completed Application
  • Current Academic Evaluation for the BSN Program
  • Complete (up-to-date) Transcript(s)**
  • $20 Application Fee (check or money order only, payable to Troy University)

* A BSN Academic Evaluation is an evaluation of all courses taken against the requirements for the BSN degree.  The Academic Evaluation is completed by the Troy University Academic Records Office upon request of the student.  Contact Ms. Shannon Grissette, University Records Evaluation Specialist, 334-670-3164, sgrissette@troy.edu, for specific instructions regarding the Academic Evaluation.

** Copies of the official transcript(s) will suffice for the application since the original official transcript(s) is/are on file with Troy University upon admission to the University.
